Rise up, Ukraine!

''"Rise up, Ukraine!"'' ((ウクライナ語:''"Вставай, Україно!"'')) was a nationwide series of political protests by opposition parties All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland", UDAR and All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" against the government of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych that have taken place in Ukraine since 14 March 2013.〔(Opposition to start two-month campaign 'Rise, Ukraine!' on March 14 ), Kyiv Post (12 March 2013)〕〔(Klitschko, Tiahnybok, Yatseniuk hold Rise, Ukraine! rally in Lutsk ), Interfax-Ukraine (9 April 2013)
(Ukrainian Opposition Says Rally in Kiev Draws 20,000 ), RIA Novosti (7 April 2013)〕 It was intended as a two-month campaign to end on 18 May 2013 in Kiev.〔 But since the start the provisional final date was initially in May 2013 postponed to 24 August 2013, Independence Day of Ukraine.〔 (Фінальні підсумки проміжного "повстання" ''Final results of the interim "rebellion"'' ), Ukrayinska Pravda (21 May 2013)〕〔(Rise Up, Ukraine! rally to be held on Independence Day, says Yatseniuk ), Interfax-Ukraine (14 June 2013)〕 But since then no final end of the protest is been set.〔〔(Rise Up, Ukraine! ==Kiev protest==
A campaign against the government of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych took place on May 18, 2013. The event was initially prepared by the country's political opposition parties and number of civil movements as a culmination point to depose the President of Ukraine. Since then the protest in Kiev however transformed into a preliminary final, while the new provisional final date was postponed to August 24, 2013, the Independence Day.
The Kiev protest grew into a mass national scandal between number of journalists and the parliamentary opposition deputies who tried to prove that authorities provoked disorder in the capital using armored military vehicle and sports athletes and the country's ruling party that denied any allegations and blaming in everything on the opposition.
The members of the both march were both estimated 20,000 to 30,000 participants.〔
